Food waste is a subject that is increasingly discussed and a real awareness among all consumers.

The figures from the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion are striking.
In France, food losses and waste represent 10 million tonnes per year, or an estimated commercial value of 16 billion euros.
A loss that occurs at every stage of the food chain : Production, Transformation, Distribution, Consumption.
For the consumption phase, it is 30 kg per year per person, including 7 kg of food products, still packaged, thrown in the trash.
